The cats of Wendy’s Cat Sanctuary.
Every cat here has their own journey, story, personality, uniqueness, and needs.
This page is a way for us to introduce them to you, so you can begin to know the beautiful beings who have found their way to us and now call the sanctuary home.
Each one deserves to feel safe, healthy, loved, and respected for exactly who they are.

Our oldest cat, and our only remaining Aussie cat.
A loner at heart, Belly is independent, strong-willed, and loves her pats.

Our only ginger cat
Soulful and wise, he is the grandfather cat, a loner at heart, and a guardian of those who need him.

Our only Manx cat.
One of Wendy’s cats, Bobby is beautiful, gentle, loving, and wonderfully unique.

He is the other one of Wendy's cats.
He is an individual, territorial, strong but wants lots of love and cuddles.

Louie
Our only house-born cat that we know of.
Particular, curious, independent, and not too fussed on other cats, except for his pals Poppy and Daisy.

Our beautiful little Poppy.
She is graceful, elegant, sweet, independent, and a dear friend to Louie and Daisy.

Our Ted Lasso lookalike cat.
She is timid and wary, but also brave and strong, and she is Poppy’s best friend and Rocky’s sister.
Brave Heart
Rocky
Daisy’s brother, and one of only four medium-haired cats.
A vulnerable and sensitive boy, he can be scared and a little on the outside, but he is beautiful in so many ways.
Tender Soul
Izzy
Izzy has the cutest white mark on her lip.
Wary and independent, she is comfortable with the quieter cats, and loves tummy rubs on her own terms.
On Her Terms
Jazzy (Jasmine)
Jazzy is our tomboy, and mainly mixes with the male cats.
Strong, affectionate, and full of spirit, she loves her cuddles and pats.

Muffy (Muffin)
Muffy loves to talk, especially in the mornings.
Sister to Jazzy and Charlie, she is fussy, curious, independent, strong, and completely adorable.

Brother to Jazzy and Muffy.
Charlie is our leg rubber, bench jumper, and affectionate boy who is still learning the best ways to ask for attention.

Romeo
Brother to Jimmy and Zorro.
With a white love heart on his chest, he is our Care Bear cat, always nurturing, caring, connecting, greeting and full of love.

Brother to Romeo and Zorro.
With a small white patch on his chest, Jimmy is graceful, reflective, deeply connected, and has a way of talking to us that reminds us of one of our previous cats.

Brother to Romeo and Jimmy.
Zorro is a vulnerable boy with a tough little exterior, watching from a safe distance while we suspect he secretly wants pats.

Booboo
Boo Boo was once quiet and unobtrusive
He now sneaks other cats’ food, likes to be in charge, and has become quite the assertive one, while still being completely adorable.

Our magical cat, full of chatter, curiosity, and joy.
He turns the drinking bowl into a pool, leaves puddles on the floor, and gets coy when you try to connect with him up close.

Pixie
Twin to Smokey.
Pixie watches everything carefully, stays independent, and feels safest close to her brother. As her confidence grows, she is slowly allowing us to pat her more.

Pixie’s brother, and he has a great set of lungs at feeding time.
Once his food arrives, he may still give a little hiss, but he is loyal to his sister and always watches out for her.

Tommy (Thomasina)
Mum to the six siblings.
Independent, deeply connected to Tiger, and a beautiful mum to her kittens, she prefers to come out when the space feels quiet again.

Dad of the six siblings.
Tiger is a big cat and part of the family. He keeps his distance, may hiss just because you are there, and is still showing us who he really is.

Mouse is in the house.
He was the smallest of his siblings. With his little eyeliner mark, he is cute, gorgeous, snuggly, and still scurries around getting into everything.

Monkey
Nicknamed Funky Monkey.
One of only two girls in the six siblings, she is adventurous, curious, loves water, and has plenty to say when she wants attention on her own terms.

Pepper
One of the grey boys in the six siblings.
Pepper is an individual who walks to his own beat, loves having pats all to himself, and is the wise, watchful one of the group.

Paws
As big as his dad, one of the four boys in the six siblings, and the only medium-haired one.
With paws like a lion and the biggest heart, he is smoochy, loving, and full of affection.

Mellow (Caramello)
One of two girls in the six siblings, and the only caramel tabby.
Mellow is the queen of lying on her side for tummy rubs. Feminine, cute, gentle, and beautifully sweet.

Timmy
He looks the most like his dad, and is one of the tabby boys in the six siblings.
It took him time to trust humans, but now he loves his pats and has a happy, innocent sweetness about him.
